All Sharp Health Plan members can now take advantage of free professional health and lifestyle coaching through our Best Health Coaching program. Each coaching session is generally 30 minutes in length, making our programs both convenient and completely customizable to fit each individual’s needs. Our health coaches will address the member’s personal barriers to success by providing motivational support to inspire positive change.

Best Health Coaching supports five areas of health with programs ranging from six to twelve weeks in length. Coaching topics include:

• Healthy weight management
• Smoking cessation
• Healthy eating
• Physical activity
• Stress management
